ÃÈÃÃÊÓƵ A Cappella Choir announces its Christmas tour 

Gadsden, Ala.— The ÃÈÃÃÊÓƵ A Cappella Choir and Singers will be performing at many community events and churches during its annual Christmas Tour.  The group will kick-off the tour at 6 p.m. Nov. 26 at North Gadsden Baptist Church. 

The tour includes the group’s 21st consecutive year to perform at the Annual Tree Lighting at Regency Point. The performance will be at 6 p.m. Dec. 5. The highlight of the tour is the Community Christmas Concert at 6 p.m. Dec. 12 at First United Methodist Church of Gadsden.  All of the events are free and open to the public.  The group is under the direction of J.T. Harrell. 

Other performance dates are:

Nov. 30 – 5 p.m. KIA of Anniston Christmas with Santa

Dec. 3 – 6 p.m.  First United Methodist Church of Rainbow City

Dec. 10 – 6 p.m.  Providence Baptist Church of Ragland                      

Dec. 14 – 6 p.m.  Christmas with the Cardinals, Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center

Dec. 17 – 6 p.m.  First Baptist Church of Gallant

The group consists of 21 students who study voice in addition to their various collegiate majors. The singers include Camillo Vega of Albertville; Dale Layton of  Anniston; Reagan McClendon, Dulcinea Smith and Landon Vann, all of Ashville; Emma Beasley, Sydney Day, Katie Hodges, Rodney Johnson, Ashely Pentecost, Evan Tigue, Sara Smith, and Trevor Wheat, all of Gadsden; Matthew McClendon of Gallant; Saibri Ross of Hoover; Abby Burke of Oneonta; Kinleigh Shaddix of Oxford; Ryan Barrett, Ethan Lewis, Emma Smith and Emma Young, all of Springville and Aliyah Williams of Weaver.
